One of the things that’s nice about the WordPress development community is that there’s no shortage of places to discuss what’s going on in the community.

Aside from chatting with people on Twitter, we can hop into IRC chats, listen in to other developer’s podcasts, and naturally read and respond to what other’s are writing on their blogs.

But late last week, I noticed the following tweet show up in my stream:

It’s been a long time since I’ve paid any attention to anything like Reddit – probably since college, but this particular subreddit caught my attention.

The WordPress Reddit For Pros

The WordPress Subreddit

The WordPress Reddit For “Pros”

Personally, I try to limit my participating to online forums mainly because I have a tendency to spend way too much time getting involved in stuff like that (it’s fun, can you blame me?); however, I’m all for at least passively reading the content.

On top of that, much of the stories that are already featured are by authors that I follow and respect.

After reading through the articles that were present at the time of writing this post, I did notice a few that were promoting less than stellar practices, but the community had already chimed in the comments and course corrected the content which is something that’s always appreciated.

At any rate, I’m all for having another source to follow quality WordPress development articles. Hopefully this will continue do so.

But I’m curious: We’ve got several sources already – various sites and newsletters such as wpMail.me that provide solid resources – so what do you consider to be a quality resource when it comes to developer-oriented material?
