I spent the majority of the week heads down on two major projects both of which I’m hoping to share within the next week or two. Until there, here are some of the best resources I found around the web:
- Maquetta is a web application that for creating HTML5 interfaces using drag and drop components.
- Smashing Magazine ran an interesting article on Analyzing Network Characteristics Using JavaScript and the DOM (it’s the first part in a series).
- Ryan Bates published a great screencast on using Spree for eCommerce Rails applications.
- Here is a great tutorial on creating file upload progress bars using HTML5.
- NetTuts shared a quick tip on the up and coming details element.
- jQuery 1.7.1 RC1 was released [already!]
- JSZip is a neat utility for creating zip files with JavaScript.
- I ran two articles on WPTuts this week: 5 Cardinal Sins of WordPress Development and How To Localize WordPress Themes and Plugins.
Hope you and yours have an awesome Thankgiving!
